Developer Other Ocean's zany 8-player platform e-sport #IDARB has been turning heads for quite some time, but the studio today announced the game is complete and ready for release. A new trailer released today revealed that Xbox One owners with Xbox Live Gold subscriptions can look forward to downloading the game free of charge throughout February, but some lucky fans will be able to get their hands on the game up to two months earlier.

#IDARB's creator Mike Mika has been busy giving away codes on Twitter for the past few days, and the response has been resoundingly positive. He explained that "It might sound kind of strange to give the game away for free two months before it officially comes out, but that’s in line with how #IDARB was built from day one.”

Other Ocean's chaotic 2D e-sport is certainly unique, incorporating design and character ideas provided by fans throughout development. Each online match can be tampered with by spectators, like turning the ball into a bomb, transforming your characters into clowns, and even summoning the immortal Rick Astley.

True to its distinct sense of humor, the studio's latest trailer begins as an awesome parody of the recently released Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer. It perfectly captures the unique style of #IDARB, so do yourself a favor and check it out below:
