Around eighteen months ago, developer Lince Works released a nice little, cel-shaded title by the name of Aragami -- a game that paid a great homage to classic stealth yet managed to freshen up the formula with its shadow-manipulation mechanic. Allowing players to jump from one shadow to the next in the pursuit of remaining undetected, while still providing a reasonable difficulty curve throughout the course of the venture. Today though, the studio have announced an expansion to the game called Nightfall.

Set prior to the events of the main game, Aragami: Nightfall is a four-chapter prequel, featuring two new characters and new shadow abilities, that aims to fill in key narrative elements behind the original game's story. Argami: Nightfall will release at an unspecified date in the next few months for PS4 and PC with a possible hint of the game coming to additional platforms in the near future.
