Despite the fact that the Mario Party franchise has definitely fallen on rough times critically over the years, Nintendo does not seem to be slowing down production of new titles in the popular franchise. Mario Party Star Rush, which is almost certainly the last Mario Party title for Nintendo on either the 3DS or Wii U (Note: Star Rush is only available on the former), is currently slated to come out this Friday, albeit to limited anticipation seemingly.

In honor of Mario Party Star Rush's impending launch, Nintendo has released a brief trailer that showcases some of the multiplayer functionality fans can expect on Friday. Check out the trailer below, and stay tuned for news and impressions regarding Mario Party Star Rush in the coming days.
