Nintendo has announced that Hyrule Warriors Legends, the enhanced 3DS port of Wii U's Hyrule Warriors, will receive a new DLC pack dedicated to the Wind Waker next week. Containing a new adventure mode scenario, 16 new My Fairy costume pieces, and an unlockable special rewards map, the new DLC pack will be available to purchase on May 19. In addition, players of both the 3DS and Wii U versions of Hyrule Warriors will be able to download the Wind Waker's Medli for free that same day, adding yet playable character to the title's staggering roster.

Hyrule Warriors Legends launched on 3DS back in March, and while playable on standard 3DS systems, it is undeniably best enjoyed on a New 3DS. Anyone interested can find it in stores and on the 3DS eShop for $39.99.
