After being teased last week, the arcade-basketball title from Saber Interactive has debuted its first gameplay in the form of the trailer below.

The team also revealed some additional details on the basics of NBA Playgrounds in a PlayStation Blog post from Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch. On the offensive side of the ball, players will need to learn the proper timing of the shooting animation in order to successfully land layups, dunks, and three-pointers, with enough points granting players access to the Lottery Pick System, which adds a random power-up bonus into play. After each match, players will earn NBA Playgrounds rewards, which can be used to upgrade current players with new moves and purchase new players via card packs.

NBA Playgrounds will hit the mean streets of PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC sometime next month.
