Paradox Interactive just released a new trailer for their upcoming stab at the city-builder genre, and it should leave everyone thoroughly convinced that players can create a city in the game.

With the latest Sim City being a complete train wreck, and Cities XL suffering from bugs and simplicity, there certainly is room for a game like this in 2015, but developer Colossal Order (whose only other games are mass transportation simulators) doesn’t seem to be setting the bar very high. You’ll have to worry about traffic, taxes, zoning, noise pollution, actual pollution.

We’ll have to wait and see how deep this city builder can actually go.
