Nintendo released the latest model of its 3DS line of handhelds today, dubbed "New 3DS XL". An updated version of the 3DS hardware launched back in 2011, New 3DS XL features a number of important improvements and additions that aren't all immediately visible. To help communicate the new handheld's appeal and superiority, the Japanese company has released a series of commercials, and as you might have guessed, they're pretty quirky.

Set in a "University Testing Facility", each of the three commercials focuses on a different feature of the New 3DS XL, highlighting the handheld's C-stick, "Super-Stable 3D", and enhanced processing power. They're all fun, goofy, and effective commercials, wrapped around the excellent slogan "New is Good".
