Overwatch shows no signs of slowing down, with its rabid fanbase still devoting ungodly hours to the impressive game. As excellent as it might be, it still falls short in a few areas, and one of the most glaring ones is the lack of a server browser. That is soon changing however, and Game Director Jeff Kalpan released a ten minute developer update today detailing it.
A server browser is a feature that allows players to run custom versions of the game and allow other people to find that game in a public list and join it. Blizzard will be adding a server browser listing all of the custom games running in a player’s region with all sorts of sorting and filtering options to find the exact game desired.
