Ever since the days of Sealab 2021, many have asked the question "What would you do if you put your brain in a robot body?" Developers Sad Cat Studios and Coatsink have decided to flip the script for their new game Replaced, though, which is a retro-futuristic action-platformer where you play as an artificial intelligence trapped in a human body, forced in there against its will. Set in an alternate 1980s depicted in a 2.5D hi-bit pixel art style, Replaced looks like a terrific ode to the greats of cinematic platformers that's due out in 2022 for consoles and PC, and as expected for a game appearing in Xbox's E3 showcase, will appear on Xbox Game Pass as well.
