TItanfall 2’s first content drop of the year is due later this month, and to tease it, Respawn has released a short trailer showing off the brand new mode, Live Fire.

As shown off in the trailer below, Live Fire is a 6v6 pilots-only mode with one minute rounds, permadeath, and small-scale arenas. With the primary objective dependant on which team holds the flag and not overall kills, Live Fire looks to offer some intense Titan-free action for those looking to take a break from their giant robot buddies. The Live Fire update will also include three new maps: two specifically designed for Live Fire, Stacks and Meadow, as well as a new Coliseum arena called Columns.

The Live Fire mode, three new maps, and other additions will be implemented later this month on all three of Titanfall 2’s platforms: PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
