Publisher 2K Games revealed on Tuesday a new sneak peek at the forthcoming BioShock: The Collection.
Titled ‘BioShock: Revisit Rapture,’ the minute-long video (posted below) showcases the visual upgrades that Rapture, the location from the first BioShock, has received in its remastered form.
BioShock Infinite sidekick Elizabeth, voiced by Courtnee Draper, opens the video by talking about the significance of a lighthouse in the BioShock universe, while the teaser finishes with BioShock antagonist Andrew Ryan delivering his famous opening monologue from the first game.
In June 2016, 2K Games officially announced its intention of releasing a BioShock remastered collection, which followed on from several leaks that had emerged about the existence of an updated re-release.
BioShock: The Collection includes BioShock, BioShock 2, BioShock Infinite, director’s commentary and additional DLC released for the three titles.
Running at 1080p and 60 frames per second, BioShock: The Collection arrives on September 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
