Developer Seenapsis today announced that its debut title, A Long Way Down, is heading to PC and Nintendo Switch.

The French studio says that its roguelite turn-based card battler has taken inspiration from several indie titles, including Darkest Dungeon, Slay the Spire and Hand of Fate.

Players are able to build their own decks and choose cards that will help them to progress on their adventures, as well as being able to collect rewards to upgrade their equipment.

No release window nor release date have been confirmed for A Long Way Down, but Seenapsis has revealed that it will retail at $14.99 (€14.99) at launch.

“In A Long Way Down, players will assemble a party and use their cards to survive, fight and build their way through a dark maze of monsters orchestrated by an evil mastermind,” Seenapsis said. “Hero or villain, their choices will lead them to judgement.”
