Unlike its old predecessor sharing the same name, the new Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn is a beat-em-up. Taking an odd angle on a well-known archetype, the new Shaq-Fu finds some demonic celebrities taking over the planet. Fortunately, a poor Chinese orphan has the power to save the world. This orphan is Shaq Fei Hung and he is hunting pop culture icons. This takes him on an adventure with various different, strange bosses, contextual environments, and a main character voiced by Shaquille O’Neal himself. Needless to say, Shaq gets new abilities, goes to unique locales, and of course, kicks butt.
