Street Fighter V had a huge presence at Sony's Paris Games Week 2015 press conference. Capcom revealed when we'll get Street Fighter V, a brand new character, and six DLC characters players can get for free after the game launches.

Dhalsim is the latest character to join the Street Fighter V roster, and is the first true zoning character to join. Dhalsim's style is like playing keep-away. His long-range limbs and slow projectiles are meant to frustrate overly offensive opponents. Though a pacifist, Dhalsim is not afraid to take up arms if the good outweighs the harm he would cause.

Capcom also outlined it's DLC plans following launch. A total of six extra characters will launch between February 2016 and the beginning of 2017. The publisher plans on releasing a new character every two months, provided the development schedule stays on track. Oh, did we mention that the DLC will be free?

While players can purchase the DLC characters with Street Fighter V's premium currency, Zenny. However, there is a way to get these characters for free; Fight Money. Fight Money is a reward for players who stay engaged with Street Fighter V over time. Capcom is currently finalizing details on pricing and accumulation rates, but they do know how you can earn it; completing daily goals and leveling up individual characters. Daily goals are easily achievable and can be completed in a single play session. The amount of Fight Money earned correlates to the difficulty of the goal. As for leveling, characters will level up the more you use them. This will not affect balance as leveling only shows the amount of timed and effort a player has put into a specific character.

Street Fighter V is out February 16, 2016 on PS4 and PC.
