The Flame in the Flood has you explore the outback of American in surreal setting, and you explore this alternate depiction of the country on a makeshift raft and traverse rivers. It presents a self-aware world, and will incorporate rogue-like and RPG elements.

No doubt this is a very unique video game that will make a welcome addition to Xbox One’s library. The highly stylized artwork also helps too. You can check it out in the GDC trailer below.
