NIS America and AQUA STYLE are bringing Touhou Genso Wanderer and Touhou Double Focus over to North America and Europe. For those who are unfamiliar with the Touhou Project, it started as a top-down bullet-hell game franchise developed by a single person going by ZUN. These games featured cute shrine maiden characters and grew in influence and popularity since. Spin-offs of the original series have led to a wide variety of different media pulling from the same material, and set in the same universe.

Touhou Genso Wanderer is a roguelike RPG starring Reimu, a Hakueri Shrine Maiden investigating the latest odd happenstance in the fictional in-game world of Gensokyo. Touhou fans will be interested in jumping into the challenge as they will be able to travel and find loot for item fusion along with their favorite Touhou characters. Touhou Double Focus is a platformer starring Aya and Momiji after they've been sucked into a magic book. Double Focus sees players switching between characters for abilities optimal to the situation or level.

See the trailers for Genso Wanderer and Double Focus below, respectively. Both Touhou Genso Wanderer and Touhou Double Focus are headed to North America next year on February 7, and to Europe on February 10. Both will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita - physical launch copies of Genso Wanderer will also come with a free copy of Double Focus while supplies last.
