Tulsa, Oklahoma, is getting a new game festival later in September this year called XPO Game Festival. With keynotes from Boss Key Productions' Tramell Isaac and thatgamecompany's Jacky Ke Jiang, XPO will feature industry professionals ranging from Daybreak Game Company, Epic Games, to Gameranx and on. Aside from hearing different professionals speak and trying VR headsets and games, attendees with retro gaming interests can check out the Nintendo PlayStation - a product of a failed partnership between none other than Nintendo and Sony - presented by Dan and Terry Diebold.

The event will include after parties and live music in downtown Tulsa, as well as live music throughout the festival presented by such artists as Bit Brigade and Mega Ran. There will be a $10,000 Rocket League tournament for competitive attendees, with a live escape room, a retro lounge, a Indie Alley with indie developers and games from around the world, cosplay contest, tabletop game tournaments with a Magic the Gathering pre-release, and other console tournaments with thousands of dollars in prizes.

Day passes are on sale for $35, with party passes at $10 per night, or $25 for all three nights. Weekend passes are available for $65 for now but will go up to $75 after September 1. See a promotional video for the festival below. Those interested can nab tickets here.

The kick-off party is on Thursday, September 22, and the event will run Friday through Sunday, September 23 to 25.
