Sony and Naughty Dog have revealed Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, a standalone Uncharted adventure, at PlayStation Experience 2016.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy made its debut on the PlayStation Experience 2016 stage as a standalone title. The demo followed a masked stranger as she made her way through a war torn city. Gameplay focused heavily on stealth as she bobbed and weaved around numerous soldiers. A new lock-picking mini-game was also revealed.

The demo ended in a fist-fight between the masked stranger and Nadine Ross against three soldiers. The demo ended with the masked stranger revealing herself to be Chloe Frazer, the fan-favorite character from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy sends Chloe Frazer and Nadine Ross deep into the mountains of India in search of a fabled Indian artifact. Racing against time to keep the artifact out of the hands of a ruthless war profiteer, Chloe and Nadine must work together to prevent the region from falling into chaos. As a standalone title, players won't need Uncharted 4: A Thief's End to play.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is out in 2017.
