Are you looking forward to the next Harvest Moon game? If so, and you've not caught word yet - Story of Seasons is the next actual game in the series. Due to legal complications however XSEED Games had to give it a brand new title.

As part of today's Nintendo Direct Story of Seasons received a brand new trailer. It showcases many of the key components of gameplay, such as interacting with townsfolk, customizing a character, planting and harvesting crops, and tending to farm animals.

There's still no solid release date set for Story of Seasons but it will launch in both retail and eShop versions for 3DS. Those who pre-order through Amazon, EB Games, and GameStop will receive an Angora rabbit plush.
