An entire film based on Dead Rising is coming exclusively to Crackle on March 27, but you can check out a bit of the action right now. The film stars Jesse Metcalfe, Rob Riggle, Meghan Ory, Virginia Madsen, Dennis Haysbert and more as they try to survive a zombie outbreak.

The footage below shows that the vaccines being administered to victims isn't working out too well. The zombies are on the loose and looking for something tasty.
