You'd be hard-pressed to find somebody who doesn't like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. He's a man that simply oozes charisma and chews up the scene of whatever he's in, whether that be the ring or a major motion picture. He's so awesome, in fact, that he was recently randomly injected into two major action franchises -- Fast and Furious and G.I. Joe -- as the human equivalent of adrenaline. So when Microsoft wanted to promote their newly-revealed gaming console back in 2001, why not get The Rock?

Former GameSpot employee and current GiantBomb mastermind Jeff Gerstmann has unearthed raw footage from almost fifteen years ago that sees The Rock being interviewed by GameSpot. The minute long interview is a must-watch, seeing Johnson finding as many ways as he can to talk up the Xbox in 75 seconds.

Quite frankly, it makes us want to buy an Xbox in 2015, so you can't argue the man isn't good at his job. Plus, it ends with him stating "So if you really want to smell what The Rock is cooking to a degree you've never thought you would before, you're going to get the Xbox."

Pure gold.
