Developer Giant Sparrow's upcoming first-person adventure game What Remains of Edith Finch has been a title a lot of us have been anticipating for a while now, putting a unique spin on a horror game as you revisit the various tales of the Finch family in their Winchester-style estate, where a family member's room is boarded up each time they die. And now, with a new publisher in the form of Annapurna Interactive (and a new platform in the form of Steam in addition to the PS4), we get a fresh trailer showcasing hints at the aforementioned stories you may encounter, which you can view below.

So we get kites leading around swirling furniture, conveyor belts full of fish, voyages across maps and literature, and it almost seems quite whimsical...until Edith reminds us that all of these stories end with a death. The creepiness will definitely be cranked up as the stories advance, so let's prepare for some intrigue and macabre yarns when What Remains of Edith Finch comes out in Spring 2017 for PS4 and PC.
