For December 2016, Microsoft is bringing their A-game for their "free" game service, Games with Gold. While the last couple of months have been a little disappointing, even though you're most likely playing one of the big new releases, December is looking a little better with its offering.

Starting with Xbox 360, the classic racing title Burnout Paradise and the vibrant Outland will be handed out at no additional cost. For Xbox One owners, the Hong Kong crime drama, Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, and the spooky Outlast (which would have been more of a fit halfway throughout October) will be added to the collection of Xbox Gold members.

Not a bad month, especially considering the Xbox 360 games can be played on Xbox One.
